  • Installed and trained staff to use a new content management system to post Web content
  • Deployed a wiki-based intranet to track source contact information and weekly story budgets
  • Investigated equipment, developed procedures and trained staff members to produce the newspaper’s first multimedia stories, including audio reports, roundtable discussions, audio slideshows and video
  • Directly managed a staff of about six Web developers, designers and producers
