Ryan Pfister is an IBM business analytics and optimization consultant. An honors Penn State graduate, he has been a reporter, Web editor and columnist at The Daily Collegian, Penn State’s independent student newspaper, and a reporter at the Reading Eagle in Reading, Pa. He has also worked on the information technology staff of major financial companies including Citigroup and Merrill Lynch.
